A Passion for Cooking...
Cooking has been a passion of mine since I was a young boy hanging by the apron of my Grandmother- Nicolasa!
My beloved Grandmother~ Nicolasa, shared her Love and Art
of making the most wonderful home made family style dishes
by always welcoming me into the kitchen to help her.
I was always eager to learn just how she could make every dish
so delicious without ever using a measuring device!
When I asked- "Gram how do you make it taste so good?"
Her answer was Always the same- "Con Mucho Amor Mijo"
It's with this same Passion and "Amor" that I look forward to bringing my version of delicious creations to you!

We prepare and serve all food (buffet style) on site for your event or we can drop deliver to you fresh!
Whether you desire Pizza's &/Or Taquiza Mexican food options, we can prepare Artisan Gourmet Pizzas, Traditional Mexican Tacos and Authentic Dishes complete with Salsa Bar & Agua Fresca's.
Fire Creations Catering will set up at your venue with our mobile Ooni Pizza Ovens Or Taco Cart and can be set up in a 10x10 space. Pies/Tacos & Dishes can be served buffet style or Ordered Individually.
Serving Stations can be set up for Salads, Antipasti Tables, Salsa Bar & Aqua Fresca's.
